ARBEITSZEIT

* Vollzeitbeschäftigung im Ausmaß von 40 Wochenstunden

* Arbeitszeiten nach Absprache

IHRE AUFGABEN

* Koordination und Organisation von Baustellenabläufen

* Führung und Einteilung eines Baustellenteams

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Bauleitung

* Arbeiten nach Bauplänen und technischen Zeichnungen

* Durchführung von Schalungsarbeiten

* Qualitätskontrolle und Qualitätssicherung

* Einhaltung der Sicherheitsvorschriften auf der Baustelle

UNSERE ANFORDERUNGEN - IHRE KOMPETENZEN

* Abgeschlossene Lehre als Maurer_in oder vergleichbare Ausbildung mit Lehrabschluss

* Einschlägige Berufserfahrung als Maurer_in bzw. Vorarbeiter_in

* Kompetenz im Lesen von Bauplänen

* Kenntnisse im Schalungsbau

* Erfahrung in der Baustellenkoordination

* Qualitätsbewusstsein

* Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

* Teamfähigkeit

* Führungsqualität

* Verlässlichkeit

* Ausreichende Deutschkenntnisse

* Führerschein der Klasse B
