Kom werken bij Laurens Thuiszorg!__ Voor onze wijkteams in Rotterdam Alexander, Capelle aan den IJssel, Zevenkamp en Ommoord zoeken we enthousiaste MBO Verpleegkundigen die hun deskundigheid graag inzetten voor cliënten in hun eigen vertrouwde omgeving. Als MBO Verpleegkundige bied je verpleegkundige zorg die aansluit bij de persoonlijke situatie en behoeften van jouw cliënten. Je voert verpleegtechnische handelingen uit, begeleidt cliënten bij hun zorg en gezondheid en houdt nauwlettend in de gaten hoe het met hen gaat. Je krijgt te maken met uiteenlopende zorgvragen en weet als geen ander wanneer je moet handelen, overleggen of andere zorgprofessionals inschakelen. Je hebt een belangrijke signalerende én coördinerende rol. Je observeert veranderingen in de gezondheidssituatie, denkt mee over passende zorg en stemt deze af met cliënten, mantelzorgers en collega's. Je werkt nauw samen met het wijkteam en andere betrokken zorgverleners, zodat iedere cliënt de juiste zorg op het juiste moment krijgt. Werken in de thuiszorg betekent vrijheid, verantwoordelijkheid en persoonlijk contact. Iedere cliënt en iedere zorgvraag is anders. Je krijgt de ruimte om zelfstandig beslissingen te nemen, jouw verpleegkundige expertise in te zetten en tegelijkertijd een waardevolle band op te bouwen met je cliënten.
