Onze partner uit de regio van Kortrijk is een gevestigde speler binnen de voedingsindustrie. Met meer dan 450 medewerkers en een jaaromzet van ruim €250 miljoen combineren zij een sterke lokale verankering met internationale activiteiten. Door voortdurende investeringen in productie-installaties, automatisering en technische verbeterprojecten blijft de organisatie haar productieomgeving verder uitbouwen. Als Mechanical Designer krijg je de kans om hier een belangrijke rol in te spelen door technische ontwerpen uit te werken en projecten van dichtbij op te volgen.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Als Mechanisch Ontwerper werk je 3D-ontwerpen en technische tekeningen uit voor nieuwe installaties, uitbreidingen en optimalisaties binnen een geavanceerde productieomgeving
  • Regelmatig trek je de productievloer op om technische opmetingen uit te voeren, installaties te controleren en jouw ontwerpen perfect af te stemmen op de praktijk
  • Je beheert en actualiseert technische tekeningen en documentatie, zodat alle betrokken partijen steeds beschikken over correcte en recente informatie
  • Samen met Project Engineers, technische collega's en externe leveranciers werk je technische oplossingen uit en draag je actief bij aan de succesvolle uitvoering van uiteenlopende projecten
  • Vanuit jouw technische expertise denk je mee na over verbeteringen aan installaties, productielijnen en werkwijzen, waardoor je rechtstreeks bijdraagt aan de verdere ontwikkeling van het machinepark
  • Je behaalde een Bachelor- of Masterdiploma in een technische richting, zoals Ontwerp- en Productietechnologie of Elektromechanica, of bouwde een gelijkwaardig niveau op door relevante ervaring
  • Dankzij jouw ervaring met CAD-software, 3D-ontwerp en technisch tekenen zet je technische concepten vlot om naar nauwkeurige en praktische ontwerpen
  • Vlotte communicatie in het Nederlands vormt voor jou geen uitdaging en daarnaast beschik je over een basiskennis Frans om professioneel af te stemmen met verschillende afdelingen
