Wil jij meewerken aan machines die telkens opnieuw worden ontwikkeld rond de specifieke noden van een klant?

Voor een technisch sterke speler binnen de machinebouw zoeken we een Mechanical Project Engineer die graag bezig is met ontwerp, technische probleemoplossing en maatwerkprojecten.

Het interessante aan deze functie is dat jouw rol niet in een vast hokje zit. Afhankelijk van jouw ervaring en interesses kan je sterker focussen op mechanisch ontwerp, maar evengoed doorgroeien richting projectopvolging, klantencontact of technisch-commerciële verantwoordelijkheden.

Zowel een gedreven master schoolverlater als een ervaren engineer komt in aanmerking.

Wat Ga Je Doen?

  • Machines ontwerpen: Je werkt mee aan het mechanisch ontwerp van machines en installaties die specifiek voor de klant worden ontwikkeld.
  • Technische oplossingen uitwerken: Je vertaalt complexe vragen naar praktische en maakbare concepten.
  • Werken met 3D CAD: Je ontwerpt voornamelijk in Creo Direct en werkt concepten verder uit richting productie.
  • Bestaande machines verbeteren: Je optimaliseert ontwerpen op vlak van betrouwbaarheid, functionaliteit, constructie en kostprijs.
  • Nieuwe concepten ontwikkelen: Je krijgt de kans om compleet nieuwe machines en technische oplossingen vanaf nul mee vorm te geven.
  • Projecten mee opvolgen: Afhankelijk van jouw ambitie kan je steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid opnemen van concept tot realisatie.
  • Klanten technisch adviseren: Je bespreekt technische behoeften en denkt mee over de meest geschikte oplossing.
  • Samenwerken over afdelingen heen: Je werkt nauw samen met engineering, productie en projectmanagement om projecten succesvol af te ronden.

Jouw exacte functie-inhoud wordt dus mee opgebouwd rond waar jij sterk in bent en waar je verder in wilt groeien.

Wie Ben Je?

  • Je behaalde bij voorkeur een master binnen elektromechanica, werktuigkunde, mechanica of een vergelijkbare technische richting.
  • Ook een bachelor met relevante technische ervaring kan perfect in aanmerking komen.
  • Je bent als master schoolverlater eveneens welkom wanneer je een sterke interesse hebt in machinebouw.
  • Je krijgt energie van mechanisch ontwerp, techniek en niet-alledaagse engineeringvraagstukken.
  • Je hebt kennis van een 3D CAD-pakket. Ervaring met Creo Direct is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste.
  • Je denkt praktisch en oplossingsgericht en zoekt graag naar een technisch sterke oplossing wanneer er geen standaardantwoord bestaat.
  • Je bent nieuwsgierig en wilt jouw technische kennis verder uitbouwen.
  • Je staat ervoor open om op termijn te groeien richting projectengineering, projectleiding, technisch expert of klantencontact.
