The posting

Uit te voeren werkzaamheden :

  • Jouw rol in het bedrijfszeker maken en houden van de staalfabriek ligt in het uitvoeren van onderhoudstaken aan de machines in veilige omstandigheden. Daarbij ben je verantwoordelijk dat de preventieve en correctieve werken die opgedragen worden degelijk uitgevoerd worden.
  • Je maakt deel uit van de mechanische onderhoudsploeg van de staalfabriek op dagpost. Je wordt aangestuurd door de coördinator mechanieker
  • Je voert de voorgeschreven taken degelijk en tijdig uit en met het nodige veiligheidsbewustzijn.
  • Je wordt ook ingeschakeld tijdens het maandelijkse periodieke onderhoud en jaarlijks onderhoud, bepaald in de onderhoudskalender.
  • Je staat in voor de dagdagelijkse productie in de waterbehandeling, dit kan gaan van doseerpompen bijstellen tot het spuien van bepaalde systemen; Laden en lossen van bulk aanleveringen; Staalnames van verschillende watercircuits ikv kwaliteit. De producten of het afval naar de opslag-, verzendings-of recyclage zones, ... vervoeren; Opvolgen van analoge en digitale metingen; De werkzone reinigen en opruimen (materieel, producten, ...); De werkpost voorzien van materiaal en producten of de bevoorrading controleren; Samenwerken met een extern team om milieu- en productiedoelstellingen te behalen. Enige ervaring in waterbehandeling is een plus.

Kritische succesfactoren: Aantal en duur van de ongeplande stilstanden omwille van technische aangelegenheden of niet geplande stilstanden.

Snelheid en kwaliteit van uitvoering van opgedragen opdrachten.

  • Is zeer veiligheidsbewust
  • Is communicatief vaardig en een teamplayer
  • Toont de nodige interesse en vaardigheid om de taken grondig uit te voeren, affiniteit met mechanisch onderhoud.
  • Heeft reeds technische ervaring in het uitvoeren van onderhoudstaken, heeft kennis i.v.m. mechanische montagetechnieken.
  • Bezit basiskennis hydraulica/pneumatica
  • Kan zelfstandig taken uitvoeren en kleine problemen oplossen.
  • Kan problemen goed definiëren om definitieve oplossingen te bepalen.
  • Beheerst meettechnieken inclusief werken met meetklokken, uitlijningen
  • Heeft technisch inzicht en kan planlezen
  • Kan technisch rapporteren en meetverslagen opstellen.
  • Heeft interesse in verspanende technieken zoals boren, tappen,...
  • Heeft geen problemen met montage en demontage van lagers, koppelingen
  • Werkt veilig en nauwkeurig met specifiek gereedschap (hydraulisch gereedschap, momentsleutel, poelietrekker, pers, inductieverwarmer, …)
  • Heeft interesse voor en basiskennis van hydraulische/pneumatische componenten
  • Ervaring met lassen is een pluspunt!
