Zoek jij als monteur de variatie van afwisselende assemblage- en montageprojecten in eigen regio, inclusief je eigen uitgeruste camionette met tankkaart vanaf dag één, én de zekerheid van een vast contract? In de regio Roeselare ligt er een uitstekende kans klaar binnen de technische project-outsourcing. Dit duurzame traject start via een interimfase die na een geslaagde evaluatie direct overgaat in een vast contract van onbepaalde duur. Je voert mechanische montagewerken uit op werven in Vlaanderen met Roeselare als thuisbasis. Boven op een toploon geniet je van een bedrijfswagen (of mobiliteitsbudget), maaltijdcheques, hospitalisatie- én groepsverzekering, aangevuld met continue training via een eigen tech-academy.

Wat ga je doen?

Als mechanisch monteur speel jij een sleutelrol bij het samenstellen, bouwen en monteren van machines en industriële installaties op locatie bij diverse opdrachtgevers. Je vertrekt vanuit Roeselare naar de werven, waar je zelfstandig mechanische tekeningen, schema's en plannen leest en omzet in een tastbaar resultaat.

Je monteert onderdelen haarscherp, verzorgt de mechanische opbouw en voert waar nodig lichte las- of constructiewerkzaamheden uit om onderdelen passend te maken. Je sluit hydraulische en pneumatische leidingen en stuurventielen aan en stelt de mechanische overbrengingen nauwkeurig af. Afhankelijk van de projectomvang werk je zelfstandig of in een hecht team van monteurs, steeds met oog voor veiligheid, kwaliteit en procesverbetering.

Om deze functie goed uit te voeren, heb je een opleiding mechanica gevolgd of ben je gelijkwaardig door ervaring. Je kunt vlot mechanische plannen lezen en deze zelfstandig omzetten in een werkende machine. Pneumatica en hydraulica hebben voor jou geen geheimen; je begrijpt deze systemen en kunt ze nauwkeurig monteren. Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs B om zelfstandig naar de verschillende klanten te rijden. Daarnaast communiceer je vlot met teamleden en klanten, ben je flexibel ingesteld en werk je graag samen aan een kwalitatief resultaat.
