Hoe ziet je takenpakket eruit?

  • Je helpt mee op de afdeling machinebouw
  • Kleine storingen verhelpen of opleiding mechanisch onderhoud
  • Je bedient de CNC-machine.
  • Stel de machine in met behulp van het werkstukdossier.
  • Positioneer het werkstuk in de machine.
  • Bepaal de nulpunten.
  • Roep het juiste CNC-programma op.
  • Stel het snijgereedschap correct in.
  • Controleer het bewerkte stuk met meetvoorschriften en tekening.
  • Pas nulpunten en/of gereedschap aan indien nodig.
  • Reinig en ontbraam de werkstukken.
  • Registreer de voltooide stukken.

Profiel

  • Sterk in zelfstandig werken: Geniet van zelfstandig werken aan machines, met nauwe samenwerking met collega's.
  • Expertise in machinebesturingen: Vertrouwd met geometrieassen en verschillende besturingssystemen, bij voorkeur Siemens 840D.
  • Vaardig met computerprogramma's: Kan computerprogramma's lezen en interpreteren volgens ISO-codering.
  • Leergierig in taal: Spreekt Nederlands, Frans of Engels. Bereid om Nederlands te leren indien nodig.
  • Ervaring in metaalbewerking: Ervaring als CNC-operator of gerichte opleiding gevolgd is een pluspunt
  • Flexibel in shifts: Bereid om te werken in verschillende ploegen, inclusief weekends (2-ploegen, nacht, of weekendwerk).
