Je komt terecht bij een gevestigde speler binnen de verpakkingsindustrie, gespecialiseerd in de productie van papieren en kartonnen verpakkingen. Van ontwerp en drukwerk tot uitstansen, vouwen en verlijmen: het volledige productieproces wordt technisch opgevolgd. Op de site wordt gewerkt met moderne productiemachines en ligt de focus op kwaliteit, efficiëntie en een correct eindproduct. Je komt terecht in een stabiele productieomgeving met een eerder rustige en collegiale werksfeer. Medewerkers krijgen ruimte om zelfstandig te werken en verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen binnen hun functie. Voor technische medewerkers biedt de organisatie bovendien mogelijkheden om bij te leren en intern door te groeien.

Jobomschrijving

Als mechanisch operator ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het correct instellen en ombouwen van de stansmachines. Wanneer er een nieuw type doos geproduceerd wordt, zorg jij ervoor dat de machine technisch correct wordt omgesteld en de productielijn optimaal draait. Je staat in voor:

  • Ombouwen en instellen van stansmachines bij productwissels.
  • Productiegestuurde machines zelfstandig afstellen.
  • De productielijn nauwkeurig op punt stellen.
  • Controleren of de machine foutloos en efficiënt produceert.
  • Technische problemen analyseren en oplossen.
  • Instellingen bijsturen waar nodig.
  • Kwaliteit van het geproduceerde verpakkingsproduct bewaken.
  • Zorgen voor een vlotte productie zodat collega's aan de lijn efficiënt kunnen verderwerken.
  • Zelfstandig werken en verantwoordelijkheid nemen voor jouw machine.
  • Zorgvuldig en veilig werken.
  • Ervaring met Bobst of Iberica is mooi meegenomen, maar absoluut geen vereiste.

Je herkent jezelf in het volgende:

  • Je hebt ervaring als mechanisch operator, machineoperator, technisch operator of omsteller.
  • Je hebt een sterke mechanische interesse en kan zelfstandig technische problemen analyseren.
  • Je hebt ervaring met het instellen, afstellen of ombouwen van productiemachines.
  • Een opleiding A2 mechanica is een pluspunt, maar ervaring kan dit zeker vervangen.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor kwaliteit.
  • Je bent rustig, betrouwbaar en zelfstandig.
  • Je spreekt en begrijpt goed Nederlands.
  • Je bent bereid om in 2 ploegen te werken.
