Voor onze klant, een innovatieve en snelgroeiende glasproducent, zijn we op zoek naar een enthousiaste Mechanische Technieker. Bij Ciner Glass werk je aan een ultramoderne productiesite, waar je verantwoordelijk bent voor het preventief onderhoud, het oplossen van technische storingen, én het bijdragen aan structurele verbeteringen.

Je krijgt een uitgebreide technische opleiding om de productie-installaties en nutsvoorzieningen volledig te leren kennen. Na de trainingsperiode stroom je door naar een rol die het best bij jouw expertise en talenten past: ofwel binnen de productie-installaties (in 6 ploegen), ofwel binnen de utilities afdeling (in dagdienst). Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Algemene taken:

  • Uitvoeren van correctieve, curatieve en preventieve onderhoudswerkzaamheden.
  • Registreren, rapporteren en overdragen van werkzaamheden en voortgang binnen de systemen.
  • Assisteren bij montage, demontage, revisies en aanpassingen aan machines en installaties.
  • Lezen, interpreteren en opstellen van werkinstructies, evenals projectvoorbereidingen doornemen.
  • Zorgdragen voor veilig en correct gebruik van gereedschappen en apparatuur.
  • Bijdragen aan continue verbeteringsprocessen en het verhogen van efficiëntie.
  • Kennis delen en trainen van collega’s.

Productie-installaties:

  • Onderhoudsactiviteiten gericht op machines en productie-installaties, inclusief technische storingen aanpakken.
  • Werken in een 6-ploegen systeem met ploegenoverdrachten en variabele werktijden.

Algemeen:

  • Technisch diploma, bij voorkeur met specialisatie in mechanica.
  • Mechanisch sterk, met meerdere jaren ervaring in een productie- of industriële omgeving.
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden om effectief samen te werken met interne en externe stakeholders.
  • Vaardigheid om zelfstandig én in teamverband te werken.

Productie-installaties:

  • Bereidheid om te werken in een 6-ploegen systeem met ploegenpremies (5-35%).
  • Flexibiliteit in werktijden en bereidheid om bij te dragen aan een soepel productieproces.
