Mechanisch Technieker Pompen (ervaren)

FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING

Als mechanisch technieker ben je actief op verschillende industriële locaties, voornamelijk in de havenregio, en af en toe in het atelier. Je staat in voor het onderhoud, de herstelling en revisie van mechanische installaties en roterende machines. Je werkt nauw samen met collega-techniekers en draagt bij aan een veilige, kwalitatieve uitvoering van de werkzaamheden.

Jouw taken:

  • Uitvoeren van mechanische onderhouds- en herstellingswerken aan industriële installaties
  • Demonteren, herstellen en opnieuw monteren van mechanische onderdelen
  • Werken aan roterende machines zoals pompen, ventilatoren en aandrijvingen
  • Correct uitlijnen en afstellen van installaties
  • Lezen en toepassen van technische plannen en instructies
  • Uitvoeren van metingen en eenvoudige metaalbewerkingen (zagen, boren, slijpen)
  • Signaleren van technische problemen en meedenken over verbeteringen
  • Correct rapporteren van uitgevoerde werkzaamheden
  • Naleven van veiligheids- en kwaliteitsvoorschriften

PROFIEL

  • Je hebt ervaring in mechanisch onderhoud of montage binnen een industriële omgeving
  • Je beschikt over een goede kennis van mechanische onderdelen zoals lagers, koppelingen en flenzen
  • Ervaring met roterende machines is een pluspunt
  • Je kan technische tekeningen lezen en begrijpen
  • Basiskennis van hydraulica en/of pneumatica is een meerwaarde
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken maar functioneert ook goed in teamverband
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, veilig en klantgericht
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en hebt een basiskennis Engels
  • Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs B
  • Je bent flexibel naar werkuren en locaties
  • Een VCA-attest is een troef, of je bent bereid dit te behalen
