Verwaltungskraft Psychiatrie Standort: Wels Arbeitszeit: Teilzeit 20 Wochenstunden Dienstbeginn: ehest möglich

Diese Aufgaben erwarten Dich ...

* Aufnahme ambulanter und stationärer Patient*innen

* Telefonische und persönliche Terminvergabe sowie Terminkoordination

* Ansprechpartner*in für auswertige Firmen, Patient*innen und Angehörige

* Verfassung von Diktaten und/oder Korrekturlesen von ambulanten und stationären Befunden

* Bearbeitung der Befundanforderungen

* Ausstellung von Bestätigungen, Überweisungsscheinen und Rezepten

* Verwaltung und Ablage medizinischer Dokumente

* Organisation von verschiedenen Abteilungs- bzw. Vernetzungstreffen

* Allgemeine administrative und organisatorische Tätigkeiten

Mit diesem Profil überzeugst Du uns ...

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und erste Berufserfahrung in der Administration

* Sehr gute IT-Kenntnisse

* entsprechende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Selbstständige und exakte Arbeitsweise

* empathischer Umgang mit Patient*innen

* Freundliches, kooperatives und respektvolles Auftreten

* Arbeitszeiten: Montag bis Freitag von 11:30-15:30 Uhr
