BplusC Waar ben je naar op zoek? Medewerker Mens & Organisatie BplusC is dé organisatie voor ontwikkelen, ontdekken en ontmoeten in Leiden en omstreken. BplusC is dé plek in Leiden en Leiderdorp waar mensen elkaar ontmoeten, zich ontwikkelen en creatief bezig zijn. Met onze bibliotheken, cursussen en activiteiten maken we lezen, kunst, cultuur en educatie toegankelijk voor iedereen. Samen bouwen we aan een verbonden en inspirerende gemeenschap. Kortom: bij BplusC komen bezoekers, leden of cursisten over de vloer om boeken te lenen, muziekles te volgen, een krantje te lezen, te studeren, lezingen te volgen en tentoonstellingen te bewonderen. Ook kunnen zij bij ons terecht voor vragen met betrekking tot de digitale overheid. Daarnaast werken wij samen met partners zoals kinderopvang en scholen, waarmee we mooie samenwerkingsprogramma's opzetten. Medewerker Mens en Organisatie (20-24 uur per week, tijdelijke vervanging) Wie ben jij? Jij bent een nauwkeurige en zelfstandige HR-professional die energie krijgt van een goed georganiseerde personeelsadministratie. Je schakelt gemakkelijk tussen verschillende administratieve werkzaamheden, houdt overzicht en bent servicegericht naar collega's en leidinggevenden. Je vindt het leuk om een team tijdelijk te ondersteunen en bent snel inzetbaar. Met wie werk je samen? Je komt terecht in een team van (met jou erbij) vier: een Adviseur Vrijwilligers, een Adviseur Mens en Organisatie (M&O) en een senior Adviseur M&O. Die laatste is gelijk de leidinggevende van het team. Lekker korte lijntjes! We denken met elkaar mee, delen kennis en zorgen samen voor continuïteit en vernieuwing. We bouwen aan een sterke organisatiecultuur, waarin ruimte is voor eigen initiatief, persoonlijke ontwikkeling, verbinding en plezier. Daarnaast werken we hard aan het vernieuwen van het M&O-beleid en de M&O-instrumenten en -processen zodat ze onze organisatie, medewerkers en vrijwilligers zo goed mogelijk onders...
