Wij zijn op zoek naar een Medewerker Aankoop & Stockbeheer die een sleutelrol zal vervullen binnen ons aankoopteam en mee instaat voor een correct en efficiënt voorraadbeheer. In deze functie combineert u administratieve nauwkeurigheid met gestructureerde opvolging van leveranciers en voorraadgegevens.

Takenpakket

Aankoopadministratie

  • Opvolgen van bestellingen en backorders bij leveranciers.
  • Telefonisch en schriftelijk contact onderhouden met leveranciers.
  • Coördineren van klachtenbehandeling met betrekking tot leveranciers.
  • Organiseren en beheren van het klassement gerelateerd aan aankopen.
  • Controleren en opvolgen van orderbevestigingen en indien nodig aanpassen in SAP.
  • Aankoopprijzen controleren en indien nodig aanpassen in SAP.

Stockbeheer

  • Inboeken van inkomende goederen.
  • Opvolgen en inboeken van stocktellingen.
  • Aanmaken van lot- en serienummers in het systeem.
  • Aanpassen en beheren van stocklocaties om de voorraadaccuraatheid te garanderen.

Profiel Opleiding

  • Secundair onderwijs.
  • Bacheloropleiding of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • On-the-job training is voorzien.

IT-vaardigheden

  • Goeie kennis van Microsoft Office.
  • Affiniteit met SAP is een pluspunt.

Vaardigheden en attitudes

  • Oplossingsgericht, vriendelijk en communicatief.
  • Ordelijk, nauwkeurig en stipt in de uitvoering van taken.
  • Stressbestendig en in staat om overzicht te bewaren.
  • Verzorgd voorkomen.
  • Positieve en professionele houding.
  • Goede luistervaardigheden en proactieve ingesteldheid.
  • U beschikt over een geldige werkvergunning voor België.
  • U bent voltijds beschikbaar.
  • U bent betrouwbaar, ordelijk en nauwkeurig in de uitvoering van uw taken.
  • Rijbewijs B en eigen vervoer zijn een pluspunt, maar geen absolute vereiste.
  • U bent bereid te werken volgens een dagregime (geen ploegen- of weekendwerk).
