medewerker bedrijfsbureau Dongen Dit ga je doen Als Medewerker Bedrijfsbureau ben jij dé schakel tussen productie, logistiek, inkoop en administratie. Jij zorgt dat de planning vlotjes verloopt. De nadruk van de functie ligt op planning en inkoop. Jouw dagen zijn gevuld met het opstellen en bewaken van planningen, inkooptaken, verwerken van orders en administratie en customer service taken. Daarnaast ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor klantvragen rondom de montage-afdeling en zorg je ervoor dat elke order soepel en op tijd wordt afgehandeld. Je signaleert knelpunten, lost ze proactief op en draagt bij aan het verbeteren van processen. Je werkt gestructureerd, houdt van een uitdaging en vindt het leuk om afwisselend bezig te zijn. Omdat je contact hebt met klanten en interne collega's is het belangrijk dat je de Nederlandse- en Engelse taal goed beheerst.
