Jouw impact

Als medewerker boekhouding ben je een betrouwbare schakel in onze financiële administratie. Je zorgt voor een correcte verwerking van alle boekhoudkundige stukken en levert nauwkeurige voorbereiding aan onze externe boekhouder. Door jouw inzet verlopen de financiële processen efficiënt en foutloos.

Hoe ziet je job eruit?

· Je staat in voor de opmaak van verkoopfacturen voor al onze groepsvennootschappen.

· Je controleert de aankoopfacturen en bereidt de betaalbestanden voor.

· Je verwerkt en boekt alle aankoop- en verkoopfacturen en alle overige financiële documenten in ClearFacts en Exact Online.

· Je rapporteert op regelmatige basis cijfers aan de zaakvoerder.

· Je verzorgt de kwartaalaangiftes en jaarafsluitingen met ondersteuning door het externe boekhoudkantoor.

· Je volgt de huuradministratie op: betalingen, indexaties, kostenafrekeningen, contracten,…

· Je ondersteunt bij de voorbereiding van de loonadministratie en werkt samen met het sociaal secretariaat.

· Je onderhoudt de contacten met de leveranciers: telefonie, IT, wagenpark, verzekeringen, nutsvoorzieningen,…

Everaert is een familiebedrijf met 40 jaar ervaring, aangestuurd uit onze vestiging in Aalst. De organisatie bestaat uit drie takken: het actuariskantoor Everaert Actuaries, actief in de consultancy- en verzekeringssector, de feest- en eventlocatie De Mooie Molen, en een kleinschalige vastgoedtak. Boekhoudkundige en administratieve ondersteuning zijn binnen onze organisatie cruciaal voor het vlotte verloop van de dagelijkse werking.

· Je communiceert vlot en professioneel in het Nederlands, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk (kennis van Frans en Engels is een plus).
