Wat doe je als Medewerker Boekhouding bij Sportoase?

Cijfers die kloppen, dossiers die op orde staan en structuur in de administratie: daar krijg jij energie van.

  • Je staat in voor de dagelijkse verwerking van kassa- en bankverwerkingen
  • Je controleert financiële verrichtingen, telt kassa’s na en zoekt kassaverschillen uit
  • Je verwerkt facturen en volgt openstaande aanmaningen nauwgezet op
  • Je brengt structuur in bestaande dossiers en administratie en pakt onduidelijkheden of achterstanden hands-on aan
  • Je volgt procedures nauwkeurig op en denkt tegelijk mee over hoe we onze financiële processen slimmer en efficiënter kunnen organiseren
  • Je stelt periodieke financiële rapportages op en zorgt voor betrouwbare cijfers

Kortom: jij brengt structuur, houdt het overzicht en zorgt ervoor dat onze financiële administratie tot in de puntjes klopt.

Ben jij onze nieuwe Medewerker Boekhouding?

Je houdt van cijfers, maar minstens evenveel van structuur. Je bent iemand die graag zaken uitzoekt, orde schept en niet loslaat tot alles klopt.

✔️Je behaalde een hoger diploma in de administratief- financiële richting of je bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring

✔️ Je hebt minstens 5 jaar relevante ervaring binnen boekhouding of financiële administratie

✔️ Je werkt gestructureerd, punctueel en nauwkeurig: de puntjes op de i zetten zit in je natuur

✔️ Je krijgt energie van orde scheppen, achterstanden wegwerken en structuur brengen waar die nog ontbreekt

✔️Je hebt een goede kennis van MS OFFICE; ervaring met Navision is een pluspunt

✔️ Je werkt voornamelijk vanuit Sportoase Groot Schijn en bent bereid om gemiddeld één dag per week in Heist-op-den-Berg te werken
