Ben jij cijfermatig sterk, gepassioneerd door bouw en renovatie, en werk je graag gestructureerd aan nauwkeurige projectoffertes? Voor een gevestigd en groeiend bouw- en renovatiebedrijf zijn wij op zoek naar een gedreven Medewerker Calculatie.

In deze functie werk je op het hoofdkantoor nauw samen met de Hoofdcalculator aan een correcte, gedetailleerde voorbereiding en prijsberekening van diverse renovatieprojecten.

Wat ga je doen? Als Medewerker Calculatie vorm je samen met je directe collega het calculatieteam en ben je verantwoordelijk voor de financiële en technische voorbereiding van projecten:

  • Analyse & Offertes: Je analyseert de aanvragen van klanten en vertaalt deze naar transparante en nauwkeurige offertes.
  • Kostenberekening: Je brengt alle benodigde middelen in kaart (van materialen en werkuren tot specifiek materieel zoals kranen en machines).
  • Varianten & Wijzigingen: Je werkt offertes uit voor meer- en minprijzen bij zowel kleinere als omvangrijkere renovatieprojecten.
  • Margebeheer: Je voert alle gegevens zorgvuldig in het systeem in en bewaakt de juiste marges.
  • Samenwerking: Je zorgt samen met het team voor een vlot verloop van de tender- en voorbereidingsfase.
  • Opleiding & Ervaring: Je beschikt over een Bachelordiploma in een bouwgerelateerde richting (bijv. Bouwkunde) en hebt reeds ervaring opgebouwd binnen de renovatie- of bouwsector.
  • Cijfermatig inzicht: Je beschikt over een scherp inzicht in kostprijzen, hoeveelheden en bouwkundige methodieken.
  • Competenties: Je werkt georganiseerd, planmatig en met oog voor detail en kwaliteit.
  • Mentaliteit: Je denkt proactief en probleemoplossend mee om tot de meest efficiënte en haalbare aanpak te komen.
  • Soft Skills: Je bent een echte teamplayer die vlot en professioneel communiceert met collega's op kantoor en op de werven.
