The posting

Onze klant streeft ernaar de nummer één te worden op het gebied van prijs en kwaliteit voor het herstel en onderhoud van elektrische roterende machines binnen een straal van 500 kilometer rond Antwerpen. Momenteel behandelen ze roterende machines tot 40 ton, maar willen ze dit uitbreiden tot 80 ton.

Jobomschrijving

Ben jij technisch aangelegd en werk je graag nauwkeurig? Dan is deze functie als Medewerker Coilshop iets voor jou! Je staat in voor het maken en isoleren van wikkelspoelen voor elektrische motoren en werkt daarbij volgens de geldende kwaliteitsnormen.

Je werkt met verschillende machines, zoals een loopser, wikkelautomaat, spreader en warmtebakpers. Daarnaast werk je met het VPI-proces. Je werkt zelfstandig, denkt mee over verbeteringen en hebt steeds oog voor kwaliteit, veiligheid en een correcte uitvoering.

Jouw taken;

  • Je staat in voor het receptioneren en voorbereiden van wikkelingen, waarbij je wikkelkoppen zaagt en elektrische wikkelingen af- en uitbreekt.
  • Je stelt zelfstandig de loopser in en bepaalt de juiste spoelmaat bij vormspoelen.
  • Je programmeert en bedient de wikkelautomaat voor het maken van loopsen en zorgt ervoor dat de spoelen volgens de juiste afmetingen worden gewikkeld.
  • Je stelt de spreader in en bedient deze volgens de noodzakelijke spoelmaat.
  • Je isoleert spoelen zowel machinaal als manueel met de juiste isolatiematerialen en volgens de geldende normen. Je brandt isolatiedraad af, schuurt deze op en bepaalt zelfstandig het juiste isolatiesysteem.
  • Je voert het cosiluderen van spoelen zelfstandig en correct uit via de warmtebakpers.
  • Je staat in voor het VPI-proces: je bedient de kleine VPI-installatie, plaatst de wikkeling in de oven, selecteert het juiste programma en bedient de oven.
  • Je werkt steeds veilig, nauwkeurig en kwaliteitsgericht. Je gebruikt materiaal, machines en persoonlijke beschermingsmiddelen correct, volgt werkfiches en procedures, bewaakt de voortgang en eindkwaliteit, denkt mee over verbeteringen en communiceert constructief met collega's en leidinggevende.
