Wij zijn een Belgische importeur en distributeur van hoogwaardige modulaire vinylvloerbekleding. Vanuit onze kantoren in Avelgem en ons logistiek depot in Moen beleveren wij professionele klanten in heel Europa, met een sterke focus op Frankrijk, de Duitstalige landen en een snel groeiende aanwezigheid in Centraal-Europa.

Om onze verdere groei te ondersteunen, zijn wij op zoek naar een Medewerker Binnendienst die mee instaat voor een correcte en vlotte opvolging van onze klanten, orders en logistieke processen.

Jouw rol

Als Medewerker Binnendienst ben je een belangrijke schakel tussen onze klanten, de collega's van buitendienst, ons extern magazijn, transportpartners en de interne administratie.

Je zorgt ervoor dat orders correct worden verwerkt, klanten tijdig de nodige informatie ontvangen en leveringen vlot tot bij de klant worden georganiseerd. Daarnaast volg je gereserveerde projecten en klachten op en ondersteun je onze commerciële werking met rapportering en administratieve opvolging.

Je bent iemand die graag structuur brengt, vooruitdenkt en ervoor zorgt dat afspraken correct worden opgevolgd.

Wie zoeken wij?

We zoeken vooral iemand die administratief sterk is, nauwkeurig werkt en tegelijk voldoende commercieel inzicht heeft om de impact van beslissingen op klanten en de organisatie te begrijpen.

Je voelt je goed in een dynamische KMO waar je niet voor elk detail een vastomlijnd proces krijgt en waar initiatief wordt gewaardeerd.

Daarnaast beschik je over:

  • Een eerste relevante werkervaring in een administratieve, commerciële of logistieke binnendienstfunctie.
  • Een zeer goede kennis van Nederlands, Frans en Engels. Duitse taal is geen must maar wel lekker meegenomen.
  • Een goede kennis van Microsoft Office, in het bijzonder Excel.
  • Ervaring met een ERP-programma of sterke affiniteit met administratieve software.
  • Een goed cijfermatig en analytisch inzicht.
  • Een commerciële en klantgerichte ingesteldheid.

Een specifieke opleiding is voor ons minder belangrijk dan je ervaring, ingesteldheid en vermogen om verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen.

Je bent

  • Administratief nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail.
  • Analytisch en werkt graag met cijfers en rapporteringen.
  • Georganiseerd en houdt ervan om overzicht te bewaren.
  • Commercieel ingesteld en begrijpt wat klanten belangrijk vinden.
  • Proactief en wacht niet af wanneer je een probleem ziet.
  • Stressbestendig en kunt verschillende dossiers en deadlines naast elkaar opvolgen.
  • Communicatief sterk en kunt vlot schakelen tussen klanten, collega's en externe partners.
  • Zelfstandig, maar tegelijk een echte teamspeler.
  • Iemand die afspraken opvolgt en verantwoordelijkheid neemt voor het resultaat.
