Functieomschrijving

  • Je verwerkt klantorders en bewaakt een correcte opvolging;
  • Je bent dagelijks het aanspreekpunt voor klanten en helpt hen verder met vragen;
  • Je ondersteunt het salesteam en zorgt dat commerciële afspraken goed worden opgevolgd;
  • Je behandelt aftersales en zoekt actief naar oplossingen bij vragen of problemen;
  • Je stemt continu af met productie, planning en logistiek om alles vlot te laten verlopen.
  • Je hebt een commerciële ingesteldheid en voelt snel aan wat een klant nodig heeft;
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, houdt overzicht en schakelt vlot tussen verschillende taken;
  • Je neemt graag initiatief en gaat zelfstandig op zoek naar oplossingen;
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en kan je professioneel uitdrukken in het Frans;
  • Ervaring binnen een commerciële binnendienst is mooi meegenomen, maar vooral je motivatie en leergierigheid maken het verschil.
