Wil je deel uitmaken van een gespecialiseerd en dynamisch team in de havenomgeving van Zeebrugge? Dan is deze functie als medewerker expeditie wat je zoekt!

Als medewerker expeditie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het zelfstandig beheren van klantendossiers van begin tot einde. Je fungeert als belangrijke schakel tussen klanten, rederijen, transporteurs, douane-instanties en andere betrokken partijen.

Een greep uit jouw takenpakket:

  • Opvolgen van klantendossiers van A tot Z.
  • Onderhouden van contacten met klanten, rederijen, transporteurs, douane en FAVV.
  • Organiseren van transporten en verzendingen.
  • Verwerken en controleren van douanedocumenten.
  • Verzorgen van de nodige administratieve formaliteiten rond import- en exportdossiers.
  • Signaleren van problemen en uitwerken van passende oplossingen.
  • Informeren van klanten over de voortgang van hun dossiers.
  • Mee waken over een correcte en efficiënte afhandeling van alle douaneprocedures.
  • Bij voorkeur heb je een bacheloropleiding binnen Logistiek Management, Bedrijfsmanagement of een gelijkaardige richting.
  • Interesse in logistiek, transport en douanewetgeving is een troef.
  • Een nauwkeurige en gestructureerde manier van werken mag niet ontbreken.
  • Je hebt een sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel.
  • Een goede kennis van Nederlands en Engels is een meerwaarde.
  • Kennis van Frans is een mooie plus.
  • Je hebt een klantgerichte houding en de motivatie om dossiers zelfstandig op te volgen.
  • Zin om continu bij te leren binnen een gespecialiseerde sector is een must.
