Medewerker Gastvrijheid - Den Haag Voor onze locatie in Den Haag zoeken wij per direct een 'medewerker gastvrijheid'. De functie Als Medewerker Gastvrijheid ben je een belangrijke schakel binnen de woonomgeving. Je draagt bij aan een warme, verzorgde en gastvrije sfeer, waarin bewoners, familie en bezoekers zich welkom voelen. De werkzaamheden zijn praktisch van aard en sluiten aan bij het dagelijkse leven van de bewoners. Wat ga je doen? De werkzaamheden bestaan uit een combinatie van gastvrijheid, ondersteuning rondom maaltijden en het creëren van een prettige leefomgeving. - (Voor)bereiden en serveren van maaltijden, waarbij rekening wordt gehouden met dieetwensen en voorkeuren van bewoners. - Zorgdragen voor een verzorgde, hygiënische keuken en een aantrekkelijke presentatie van gerechten. - Beheren en bestellen van ingrediënten en het bijhouden van de voorraad met, oog voor het voorkomen van verspilling. - Ondersteunen van bewoners tijdens eet- en drinkmomenten. - Bijdragen aan een warme, huiselijke sfeer in de gezamenlijke leefruimtes. - Ontvangen van familieleden en bezoekers en hen op een gastvrije manier te woord staan. Samenwerking binnen het Martha Flora-concept Binnen het team wordt gewerkt vanuit de Martha Flora-visie, waarin persoonlijke aandacht, geborgenheid en liefdevolle professionaliteit centraal staan. In de dagelijkse werkzaamheden wordt afgestemd met collega's van zorg en welzijn, worden bijzonderheden bij bewoners gesignaleerd en gedeeld, en wordt gezamenlijk bijgedragen aan een prettige en veilige leefomgeving.
