Ben je communicatief sterk en haal je energie uit het telefonisch contacteren van kandidaten? Wil je een belangrijke ondersteunende rol opnemen binnen het regionale hoofdkantoor van Aldi in Turnhout? Dan is deze tijdelijke functie misschien precies wat je zoekt.

Door een sterke instroom van kandidaten via de eigen rekruteringskanalen zoekt Aldi tijdelijk versterking voor het HR-team.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je belt kandidaten op die gesolliciteerd hebben voor functies zoals jobstudenten en orderpickers.
  • Je voert eerste screeningsgesprekken en verzamelt relevante informatie.
  • Je plant afspraken in en volgt kandidaten nauwkeurig op.
  • Je verwerkt informatie correct volgens de interne richtlijnen.
  • Je ondersteunt het HR-team bij routinematige rekruteringsactiviteiten.

Je werkt zelfstandig, maar staat in nauw contact met de HR Business Partner en het recruitmentteam.

  • Je bent communicatief sterk en voelt je comfortabel aan de telefoon.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en kan repetitieve taken met dezelfde kwaliteit blijven uitvoeren.
  • Je straalt maturiteit en professionaliteit uit in contact met kandidaten.
  • Ervaring binnen HR, rekrutering of administratie is mooi meegenomen, maar geen must.
  • Je bent beschikbaar voor een tijdelijke opdracht van ongeveer 10 uur per week.
  • Je kan je vlot verplaatsen naar het Regionaal Hoofdkantoor in Turnhout. Omdat er geen openbaar vervoer in de directe omgeving beschikbaar is, beschik je over eigen vervoer (auto of fiets).
  • Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands.
