Jij zorgt ervoor dat onze HR-processen soepel verlopen en dat medewerkers en coördinatoren/managers snel en goed worden geholpen. Je werkt nauw samen met je collega Medewerkers HRM, de Adviseurs HRM en de Coördinator HRM. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - het verzorgen van personeelsmutaties, contracten en overige HR-correspondentie; - het beheren en actualiseren van personeelsdossiers; - het ondersteunen van processen rondom in-, door- en uitstroom; - het ondersteunen van de salarisadministratie; - het beantwoorden van HR-gerelateerde vragen van medewerkers en leidinggevenden; - het ondersteunen van werving- en selectieprocedures; - het verwerken en bewaken van HR-processen en workflows; - het opstellen van HR-overzichten en managementinformatie; - het signaleren van knelpunten en verbetermogelijkheden in processen; - het zelfstandig oppakken van afgebakende HR-projecten en activiteiten; - het organiseren en coördineren van initiatieven op het gebied van bijvoorbeeld vitaliteit, werkbeleving en duurzame inzetbaarheid; - het meedenken o...
