Je werkt in een team waarin leren en verbeteren normaal is, met persoonlijke begeleiding tijdens én na je opleiding. Wat we je bieden - €17,57 per uur. - Werkweek van 16 tot 32 uur - jij bepaalt in overleg welke dagen. - 6 weken betaalde training plus persoonlijke coaching. - Tijdelijk contract met uitzicht op vast dienstverband. - 8,33% vakantiegeld en 8,3% eindejaarsuitkering. - Reiskostenvergoeding van €0,19 per km, of 100% vergoeding van je OV-kosten. - Gelijke arbeidsvoorwaarden als vaste medewerkers van UWV (via Start People's beleid van gelijkwaardige beloning) - dus ook gelijke vrije dagen, toeslagen en overige looncomponenten. Functie-eisen - Je hebt minimaal een mbo 3-diploma. - Je bent 16 tot 32 uur per week beschikbaar. - Je bent communicatief sterk, nauwkeurig en haalt voldoening uit anderen helpen. - Je staat open voor een zorgvuldig opleidingstraject. Geen callcenter-ervaring nodig - je leert het vak tijdens de betaalde training. Over het bedrijf UWV Goes ondersteunt mensen bij het vinden en behouden van werk.
