Onze klant is een Belgisch familiebedrijf gevestigd in Brussel (Jette), dat al tientallen jaren actief is in de vleesverwerkende sector. Het bedrijf is gespecialiseerd in het uitbenen, versnijden en portioneren van vers vlees en levert voornamelijk aan collectiviteiten, ziekenhuizen, scholen en horecazaken. Onze klant staat bekend om zijn vakmanschap en het naleven van strikte Europese normen op het vlak van voedselveiligheid, waarbij kwaliteit en traceerbaarheid centraal staan.

Jobomschrijving

Als Medewerker Kwaliteit en labo, zijn jouw verantwoordelijkheden de volgende :

  • Ondersteunen van de Kwaliteitsmanager in zijn verantwoordelijkheid door zowel een eigen vast takenpakket op te nemen (bv labo) als taken uit te voeren op vraag van de manager.
  • Het correct uitvoeren van het staalnameplan alsook analyses uitvoeren in het kader van (verbeter-)initiatieven.
  • Het onderhouden van het interne labo: infrastructuur, apparatuur, labo producten en grondstoffen.Uitvoeren van een aantal structurele verantwoordelijkheden in afstemming met de Kwaliteitsmanager: onderhouden van QA/QC procedures, uitvoeren van interne audits, managen van kwaliteitselementen binnen het ERP, lopen van analyses in het kader van klachten of non-conformiteiten.

Jouw persoonlijke kwalificaties :

  • Je hebt een master diploma in levensmiddelentechnologie, (micro-)biologie of scheikunde met eerste praktijkervaring.
  • Je hebt een basiskennis en ervaring m.b.t. het werken in een labo.
  • Je werkt met een hoge nauwkeurigheid en precisie.
  • Je bent praktisch aangelegd en hebt technisch inzicht.
