Als medewerker linnendienst speel je een belangrijke rol in het comfort van onze medewerkers, patiënten en interne diensten. Samen met jouw collega’s in Rumbeke, Torhout en Menen zorg je ervoor dat iedereen altijd beschikt over proper, kwalitatief en tijdig geleverd linnen en beroepskledij. Je werkt in een hecht team van drie collega’s op campus Rumbeke en draagt bij aan een vlotte, georganiseerde en klantgerichte dienstverlening.

  • De linnenbehoeften van de verschillende diensten analyseren en op basis daarvan bestellingen plaatsen.
  • Proper linnen verdelen en ervoor zorgen dat alle diensten steeds voldoende voorraad hebben.
  • Arbeidskledij opvolgen, aanvullen en de kledingautomaten beheren; eenvoudige confectieherstellingen uitvoeren is een pluspunt.
  • Wassen en drogen van diverse soorten wasgoed, moppen en doeken met zorgvuldige bediening van de machines.
  • Machines reinigen na gebruik en instaan voor de netheid van het waslokaal.
  • Propere was voorbereiden voor transport en zorgen voor een ordelijke workflow.
  • De staat van het materiaal nauwlettend opvolgen en eventuele problemen tijdig signaleren aan de linnenverantwoordelijke.

Je werkt telkens van 7u30 tot 16u15 met 45 minuten pauze en 1/4 zaterdagen. Dit binnen een variabel uurrooster dat zich elke 12 weken herhaalt.

  • Je hebt een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en een sterke verbondenheid met het ziekenhuis. De goede werking van het linnen heeft immers een groot effect op alle patiënten en medewerkers in AZ Delta.
  • Zelfs tijdens moeilijke en hectische situaties weet je kalm te blijven om effectief te werken aan een oplossing.
  • Langdurig rechtstaan is voor jou geen probleem.
