The posting

In Het Laar werk je als medewerker onderhoud en logistiek in een huiselijke omgeving. Onze bewoners wonen en leven in groepen van zo'n 15 mensen. Elk heeft zijn eigen persoonlijke kamer en het leven speelt zich grotendeels af in en rond de gezellige woonkamer.

Als medewerker onderhoud en logistiek ben je een spilfiguur in het dagelijkse leven, vandaar dat wij de term "huismoeder" of "huisvader" gebruiken voor deze functie. 's Morgens help je bij klaarzetten en opruimen van het ontbijt. Daarna is het onderhoud van de kamers en gemeenschappelijke ruimtes aan de beurt. Je hebt professioneel materiaal ter beschikking: het vileada systeem is gemakkelijk, eenvoudig en ergonomisch. Een I-mop is ter beschikking voor een grondige poetsbeurt van de vloeren.

Tijdens een namiddagdienst start je bij de koffiebedeling, gevolgd door een korter poetsmoment. In de vooravond voorzie jij de voorbereiding en opkuis van het avondmaal. In het weekend ben je om de vier weken paraat.

Je bent nauw betrokken bij de werking en vaak ook een vertrouwenspersoon voor onze bewoners.

We zoeken mensen met het hart op de juiste plaats en een voorliefde het werken met voor ouderen. Iemand die niet betuttelt, maar elke persoon respecteert om hij/zij is en doet. Je houdt van netheid en zorgt ervoor dat alles proper blijft.

Jij ziet mogelijkheden en staart je niet blind op beperkingen. Onze bewoners hebben al een hele levensweg afgelegd. Vaak lukt niet alles meer, maar wij blijven zoeken naar wat ze wel nog kunnen en graag doen.

Je werkt in een afwisselend systeem van voormiddagen of namiddagen.
