Onze klant is een gevestigde, internationale speler. Het bedrijf is actief in tientallen landen, telt enkele honderden medewerkers en beschikt over meerdere Europese verkoopkantoren en een uitgebreid internationaal partnernetwerk. Kortom: een ambitieuze speler met de sfeer van een familiebedrijf, gevestigd in de regio Wevelgem. Jouw functie als Medewerker Onthaal Als medewerker onthaal ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt van het bedrijf: het gezicht dat de bedrijfswaarden uitstraalt. Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de CEO en zorgt ervoor dat elke bezoeker, klant en collega zich meteen welkom voelt.

Concreet sta je in voor een warm en professioneel onthaal van bezoekers, klanten en leveranciers, en beheer je de inkomende telefoongesprekken met correcte doorschakeling. Daarnaast zorg je voor de organisatie en netheid van onze vergaderzalen en showroom, waarbij je ook operationele taken niet uit de weg gaat, zodat alles er picobello bijligt.

Je biedt administratieve ondersteuning aan verschillende afdelingen, coördineert samen met een collega reizen en het wagenpark, en helpt mee bij de organisatie van bedrijfsevenementen. Ook denk je actief mee over de verbetering van interne processen gelinkt aan het onthaalbeleid.

  • Je bent matuur, positief en enthousiast: als visitekaartje van het bedrijf maak je meteen een sterke eerste indruk.
  • Je beschikt over een relevant Bachelordiploma of secundair diploma in een administratieve richting.
  • Je hebt een professionele kennis van en ervaring met Frans en Engels.
  • MS Office heeft geen geheimen voor jou.
  • Je bent klantgericht, discreet en steekt ook graag zelf de handen uit de mouwen voor operationele taken.
  • Je blijft kalm en positief, ook wanneer het druk is.
