Het is allemaal begonnen met een innovatieve designschakelaar, maar vandaag bieden we nog zoveel meer: multifunctionele designbedieningen, verfijnde luidsprekers, elegante iPad-houders, een intelligente homeserver en zelfs een intelligente afstandsbediening. We werken nauw samen met integratoren, architecten en interieurontwerpers die wereldwijd actief zijn in de residentiële luxemarkt om ervoor te zorgen dat onze oplossingen voor de slimme woning naadloos passen in de meest exclusieve villa’s, appartementen, hotels en zeiljachten overal ter wereld.

Als Medewerkers Orders & Verzendingen ziet jouw takenpakket eruit als volgt:

  • De verzending van de goederen; inpak (40% - 50%), inplanning bij transportfirma's, invullen (douane)documenten.
  • De volledige orderverwerking, verzending en facturatie.
  • De administratieve opvolging en coördinatie van binnenkomende bestellingen; aanmaak orderbevestigingen, pro forma facturen en creditnota's.
  • Bewaken van kwaliteit en volledigheid van uitgaande zendingen naar klanten.
  • Bewaken levertermijnen en doorlooptijden orders.
  • Het contact met de sales afdeling voor verzendingen die de normale flow niet kunnen volgen.
  • Optimalisatie van de huidige processen in samenspraak met de teamlead.
  • Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma in een administratieve richting of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels. Duits en/of Spaans is een grote troef.
  • Je bent PC-vaardig en hebt een grondige kennis van MS Office. Ervaring met een ERP systeem (MS Business Central) is een grote troef.
  • Je kunt prioriteiten stellen met het oog op een vlotte dagelijkse organisatie van de inkomende en uitgaande orders.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, hebt oog voor detail en draagt kwaliteit hoog in het vaandel.
  • Je steekt graag de handen uit de mouwen en springt bij waar nodig.
