The posting

Voor een dynamisch en groeiend installatiebedrijf in aluminium en PVC buitenschrijnwerk zijn we op zoek naar een gemotiveerde medewerker orderverwerking.

Je bent de link tussen opmeting door de projectleiders en de planningsdienst.

  • Je bent werkzaam op de afdeling orderverwerking en volgt de workflow perfect op.
  • Zodra het verkocht dossier werd opgemeten, komt alles in jouw handen.
  • Je zet de dossiers om naar bestellingen waarbij je elk detail controleert op fouten.
  • Je bestelt de materialen, zoals ramen, deuren, glas, screens, rolluiken, alu-plaatwerk, gebruiksgoederen voor in het magazijn,... op een kostenefficiënte manier.
  • Je controleert nauwgezet de orderbevestigingen van de leveranciers.
  • Je controleert alle kosten bij het plaatsen van bestellingen adhv een pre-calculatiesheet die de verkoper opstelde om er voor te zorgen dat de beoogde marge wordt behaald.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met de projectleiders.
  • Je maakt werkfiches op voor de plaatsers.
  • Je bent de draaischijf voor het operationele luik en voor de uitvoering van elk dossier.
  • Je behartigt het magazijn- en voorraadbeheer van de bestelde goederen (ramen, deuren,…) en de verbruiksgoederen (lijmen, silicones, bevestigingsmaterialen).
  • Kennis AutoCAD is aangewezen want dit getuigt van technisch inzicht.
  • Je beschikt over stabiel CV en ervaring in de buitenschrijnwerksector.
  • Je werkt heel nauwkeurig, bent betrokken en denkt graag mee met jouw werkgever.
  • Je hebt technisch inzicht.
  • Je hebt veel goesting om een nieuwe uitdaging aan te gaan.
  • Je hebt een kritische blik.
  • Je hebt zin voor verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Je bent een teamplayer.
