Medewerker Pensioen en Betalingen - Bruto maandsalaris €2.900 - €4.500, afhankelijk van ervaring - uitstekende secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden - Hybride werken: 2 dagen op kantoor, 3 dagen thuis Zorg dat elke oud-wethouder kan rekenen op een uitkering die klopt en op tijd komt. Wat je gaat doen Je voert samen met je team de wachtgeld- en pensioenadministratie uit voor wethouders, van aanstelling tot overlijden. Je beoordeelt het recht op wachtgeld bij aftreden en past de regelingen toe zoals vastgelegd in de Algemene Pensioenwet Politieke Ambtsdragers (APPA). Je stelt de hoogte en duur van uitkeringen vast, verwerkt wijzigingen in het systeem en communiceert hierover met gewezen wethouders en gemeenten. Op basis van inkomensverklaringen corrigeer of beëindig je uitkeringen waar nodig. Daarnaast beantwoord je vragen via telefoon en mail en test je nieuwe functionaliteiten in het systeem. Het team Je komt terecht in een klein, betrokken en hecht team dat zich specifiek richt op de uitvoering van de APPA-regelingen. Binnen het team heerst een open cultuur, met ruimte voor eigen initiatief en samenwerking. Er is veel aandacht voor kennisdeling, persoonlijke groei en kwaliteit van onze dienstverlening.
