Jij bent de spil in de ondersteuning van verschillende teams.

Je zorgt voor een nauwkeurige administratieve opvolging en draagt bij aan een efficiënte werking van zowel de tender- als uitvoeringsfase.

Dankzij jouw overzicht en precisie lopen projecten gesmeerd van start tot oplevering. Wat ga jij concreet doen?

Projectadministratie

  • Verwerken en opvolgen van inkomende facturen en leverbonnen
  • Bewaken van tijdige betalingen en versturen van aanmaningen
  • Ondersteunen van projectteams bij prijsaanvragen, vorderingsstaten en facturatie
  • Beheren van administratieve processen zoals Checkin@Work en tijdelijke huurcontracten

Tenderfase

  • Samenstellen en administratief uitwerken van tenderdossiers
  • Zorgen voor correcte, volledige en tijdige indiening in samenwerking met interne teams

Uitvoeringsfase

  • Administratieve ondersteuning van projectteams (briefwisseling, budgetten, facturatie, registraties)
  • Opvolgen van werkbegrotingen en voortgangsdocumenten
  • Bachelor in een administratieve of boekhoudkundige richting, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Vlotte communicatie in het Nederlands, met basiskennis Engels en Frans
  • Goede kennis van MS Office (Excel, Word, …)
  • Troeven: basiskennis boekhouding, ervaring met tools zoals Business Central, Key Entry of Easy Form
