Wij zoeken een Medewerker Projectbeheersing voor het programma LS Buurtaanpak met standplaats Amsterdam en werkgebied regio Noord Holland (Noord). Binnen het PMA-team houd je het overzicht, herken je risico's en zorg je dat doelen worden behaald. Dit betreft een hybride functie voor 32-40 uur. Jij maakt het net georganiseerder bij Alliander. De energietransitie is onmogelijk zonder jou als Medewerker Projectbeheersing Je speelt een belangrijke rol in de energietransitie. Je biedt niet alleen administratieve ondersteuning, maar bent ook een sleutelfiguur in het financieel, risico-, kwaliteit- en planningsmanagement van onze projecten. Je houdt overzicht over het werk van de aannemer binnen het programma en bewaakt dat alles volgens planning en afspraken verloopt. Dit doe je als onderdeel van een P MA -team, in nauwe samenwerking met de aannemer in een Bouwteam per buurt. Je werkt op ons kantoor in Amsterdam, vanuit huis en eventueel op de locatie(s) van de aannemer. Voor deze functie is het belangrijk dat je houdt van verandering: je voelt je prettig in een dynamische omgeving en weet processen en projecten effectief bij te sturen waar nodig. Het energienet van de toekomst maken we voor iedereen, mét iedereen. En als Medewerker Projectbeheersing werk jij hieraan mee. Zo zijn jouw belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden: - Initiëren en coördineren van risicosessies met het projectteam en opvolgen van acties. - Analyseren van financiële gegevens en samen met de Project m anager inschatten van resterende kosten. - Bewaken van de Einde Project Verwachting en Eindejaars Verwachting en proactief signaleren van afwijkingen en risico's op vertraging. - Voeren van regie op de aannemer door uitgevoerde werkzaamheden te valideren binnen projectbeheersing. - Samenwerken met verschillende afdelingen om de kwaliteit van onze projecten te waarborgen.
