In onze Proshop ben jij hét gezicht van onze vestiging. Zowel professionele installateurs als particuliere klanten kunnen op jouw rekenen voor deskundig advies, de juiste producten en een vlotte service. Dankzij jouw technische kennis en commerciële flair zorg je ervoor dat elke klant met de juiste oplossing én een goed gevoel naar huis gaat.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je ontvangt installateurs en particuliere klanten en luistert actief naar hun behoeften.
  • Je geeft technisch en commercieel advies over ons uitgebreide assortiment sanitair, verwarming, airco, ventilatie en hernieuwbare energie.
  • Je verwerkt bestellingen, offertes, verkoopbonnen en betalingen correct en efficiënt.
  • Je stelt bestellingen samen en controleert goederen op kwaliteit, aantallen en verpakking.
  • Je ontvangt leveringen, voert controles uit en houdt de voorraad nauwkeurig bij.
  • Je informeert klanten over levertermijnen, producten en diensten.
  • Je bouwt mee aan duurzame klantenrelaties en werkt hiervoor nauw samen met de andere collega’s in het filiaal en de vertegenwoordiger.
  • Je rapporteert aan de Filiaal Teamlead.

Deze kennis en ervaring breng je mee:

  • Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring met magazijnbeheer en toonbankverkoop.
  • Een technische achtergrond in sanitaire installaties, bouw, koeling of centrale verwarming is een sterke plus. Je bent leergierig om onze producten snel te leren kennen.
  • Je bent klantgericht, commercieel ingesteld en communiceert vlot met verschillende types klanten.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en georganiseerd, zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband.
  • Je houdt het hoofd koel wanneer het druk wordt en bent flexibel ingesteld.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands.
  • Na een interne opleiding vind je vlot je weg in onze IT-systemen.
