Heb je ervaring als telefoniste en wil je de stem van Noordwest Ziekenhuisgroep zijn? Noordwest is voor het team van de receptieservice, locatie Alkmaar en Den Helder, op zoek naar nieuwe collega's. Kom verder en start bij ons als Medewerker receptie en telefonie Werken als medewerker receptie en telefonie Als telefonist receptieservice ben je het gezicht en stem van Noordwest. Het ontvangen en doorverwijzen van patiënten, bezoekers en medewerkers, zowel persoonlijk als telefonisch contacten vallen onder je kerntaken. Deze werkzaamheden voer je uit in de telefooncentrale en aan de receptiebalie. Ook behoren (licht) administratieve werkzaamheden tot het takenpakket. Daarnaast is het opvolgen van binnenkomende alarmeringen (o.a. reanimatieoproepen, brandmeldingen, het oproepen van het OK-team) een belangrijk onderdeel van je werkzaamheden. Werktijden Er wordt gewerkt in een vastgesteld rooster met 24 uursdiensten, onderverdeeld in dag, avond- en nachtdiensten. De nachtdiensten zijn alleen op locatie Den Helder. Op de afdeling receptie en telefonie Binnen Noordwest wordt het belang van gastvrije dienstverlening en veiligheid onderschreven. Het team receptieservice & veiligheid bestaat uit zo'n 30 zeer ervaren en betrokken medewerkers. Wat vragen wij van een medewerker receptie en telefonie? Wij zoeken een behulpzaam, stressbestendig, dienstverlenend en servicegericht. Je bent een sterke persoonlijkheid, representatief en je kunt goed luisteren. Ook vinden wij het belangrijk dat je een positieve instelling hebt en in oplossingen en mogelijkheden denkt. - een diploma op mbo 3- niveau (richting receptioniste/telefoniste is een pre) - minimaal 2 jaar ervaring als receptioniste / telefoniste - kennis van de formele en informele communicatiel...
