Als Medewerker Registratie & Declaratie ben je samen met je collega's verantwoordelijk voor een correcte registratie en declaratie van uitgevoerde behandelingen. Je ondersteunt en adviseert onze praktijken, zodat registratie- en declaratieprocessen voldoen aan de geldende wet- en regelgeving. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Adviseren en ondersteunen van praktijken bij registratie-, declaratie- en factoringvraagstukken. - Uitvoeren van controles en steekproeven op geregistreerde verrichtingen. - Analyseren van ingediende, uitbetaalde en afgewezen declaraties. - Opstellen en verbeteren van werkinstructies en protocollen. - Verzorgen van kennisoverdracht aan nieuwe behandelaren en praktijkmedewerkers. - Verwerken van de in-, door- en uitstroom van behandelaren in het Elektronisch Patiëntendossier en externe systemen zoals Vektis en Vecozo. - Aanvragen en beheren van AGB-codes, Vecozo- en UZI-certificaten. - Signaleren van verbeterkansen en bijdragen aan de optimalisatie van het registratie-, declaratie- en factoringproces. Wat breng je mee? - Een afgeronde mbo-opleiding, bij voorkeur in een financiële of administratieve richting. - Minimaal 3 jaar relevante werkervaring. - Ervaring binnen de tandheelkunde of gezondheidszorg is een pré. - Kennis van administratieve processen en relevante wet- en regelgeving. - Goede beheersing van Microsoft Office, met name Excel. - Je bent analytisch, nauwkeurig en proactief. - Je communiceert gemakkelijk met collega's en externe partijen. - Je kunt goed plannen, prioriteiten stellen en schakelen tussen verschillende werkzaamheden. - Je bent beschikbaar op dinsdag en vr...
