Jouw rol Als assistent-accountant ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor de klant. Jij zorgt er niet alleen voor dat de administratie klopt, maar denkt ook vooruit: wat kan er beter, waar liggen kansen, welke signalen pik jij op? Concreet houd je je bezig met: - het opstellen van jaarrekeningen; - het doen van belastingaangiftes (IB/VPB); - het maken van rapportages die klanten écht inzicht geven; - het actief signaleren van verbeterpunten en het delen van ideeën met klanten en collega's; - het onderhouden van persoonlijk contact met ondernemers, waarbij je hun verhaal en doelen centraal zet. Wie ben jij? We zoeken iemand die van nature nieuwsgierig is en graag initiatief neemt. Jij wacht niet af tot een klant een vraag stelt, maar bedenkt zelf hoe je waarde kunt toevoegen. Daarnaast: - heb je een afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding in accountancy of bedrijfseconomie, of minimaal 4 jaar werkervaring in een gelijksoortige functie; - werk je nauwkeurig en communiceer je helder; - ben je proactief, leergierig en betrokken - richting klanten én collega's.
