Heb jij een passie voor techniek en wil je het verschil maken in een dynamische en internationaal groeiende organisatie? Wij zijn op zoek naar een: Werkvoorbereider Fulltime, Veurne Werken als Werkvoorbereider:

  • Je bent werkzaam op de plek waar dagelijks duizenden pannenkoeken, poffertjes en pancakes worden geproduceerd met behulp van 4 geavanceerde productielijnen.
  • Je hebt een centrale rol in ons technische team en dankzij jou en je collega’s blijven we up & running!
  • We gebruiken het maintenance softwarepakket Ultimo voor de onderhoudsplanning en dagelijkse registratie van uitgevoerde werkzaamheden en gestructureerd onderhoud.
  • Samen met je directe collega bereid je het (onderhouds)werk voor van circa 10 technische collega’s alsmede diverse externe partijen.
  • De benodigde informatie haal je mede uit overleg met collega’s, fabrikanten en leveranciers.
  • In jouw rol begeleid je externe monteurs, bestel je materialen en onderdelen en houd je toezicht op de uitvoering van onderhoudscontracten.
  • Ook analyseer je storingen en geef je opvolging aan actiepunten die voortkomen uit interne verbetertrajecten.
  • Je rapporteert aan de Technisch Manager.

Jij bent een gedreven technisch werkvoorbereider met: •Werk- en denkniveau op hoger onderwijs in passende richting en ervaring in een industriële omgeving; •Gevoel voor hygiëne en kwaliteit; •Goede kennis van de Nederlandse en Franse taal, Engels is een pré; •Ervaring met het pakket Ultimo (of soortgelijk).

Om in deze functie succesvol te zijn ben je: •Proactief, stressbestendig, flexibel ingesteld en technisch onderlegd; •In staat om doortastend en zelfstandig te werken; •Een teamplayer die prettig communiceert.
