Wij zijn op zoek naar een kandidaat voor de functie Medewerker Technische Dienst. We zoeken iemand die enthousiast, leergierig en graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt! Je zal nauw samen komen te werken met het Hoofd van de Technische dienst. Wie zoeken wij: Als medewerker technische dienst ondersteun jij het hoofd technische dienst met het onderhouden van het hotel. Jouw belangrijkste taken en verantwoordelijkheden zullen zijn: - Algemeen onderhoud van de hotelkamers; - Verrichten van eenvoudige installatiewerkzaamheden op elektrotechnisch gebied, waaronder het aanleggen van bedrading volgens voorschriften; - Verhelpen van storingen en het uitvoeren van reparaties aan apparatuur, installaties, voorzieningen, sanitair, verlichting e.d. op elektrotechnisch en werktuigkundig gebied; - Het opsporen van storingsoorzaak, demonteren en het eventueel vervangen/herstellen; - Verrichten van periodieke controles en onderhoudswerkzaamheden aan apparatuur in kamers, keuken, buffetten en aan installaties; - Op aanvraag gast assisteren met de techniek in de vergaderzalen; - Voorbereiden van en meewerken bij kleine interne verbouwingen en aanpassingen; - Bijhouden van de werkvoorraad en van de eigen werkruimte en apparatuur; Profiel: - Minimaal 2-3 jaar werkervaring in soortgelijke functie en/of werkzaamheden; - Affiniteit hebben met moderne technieken (signaalstoringen, internet, Wi-Fi); - Flexibele instelling; - Kennis hebben van werkzaamheden als ...
