Het team van de Leidse Schouwburg - Stadsgehoorzaal zoekt een: Medewerker Ticketing & Functioneel Beheer (/x/v/m) 20-24 uur per week Ben jij iemand die energie krijgt van een goed georganiseerd systeem én van tevreden bezoekers? Vind je het leuk om de schakel te zijn tussen ticketverkoop, data en digitale processen? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou. Wat ga je doen? Als Medewerker Ticketing & Functioneel Beheer zorg je ervoor dat onze bezoekers en collega's optimaal ondersteund worden door onze systemen. De ene keer help je een bezoeker of collega met een vraag, de andere keer test je een wijziging in een applicatie of zoek je uit waarom gegevens niet goed op elkaar aansluiten. Je werkt daarbij nauw samen met collega's binnen en buiten de afdeling en, waar nodig, met onze leveranciers. Je bent nauwkeurig, nieuwsgierig en denkt graag mee over hoe processen slimmer, eenvoudiger en gebruiksvriendelijker kunnen worden. Ticketing - Voorstellingen, concerten en evenementen inrichten en controleren in ons kaartverkoopsysteem Ticketmatic; - Oproepmedewerkers ondersteunen en knelpunten of verbeteringen in de ticketverkoop signaleren. - Bezoekers helpen bij vragen over tickets, reserveringen, series en het online bestelproces; - Verkoop- en bezoekersgegevens verwerken, controleren en waar nodig corrigeren; Functioneel beheer - C ollega's ondersteunen bij het gebruik en de inrichting van Ticketmatic, Yesplan en aanverwante applicaties; - Nieuwe functionaliteiten, wijzigingen, koppelingen en updates testen; - Bijdragen aan datakwaliteit, rapportages en betrouwbare informatievoorziening; - Knelpunten in systemen en digitale werkprocessen signaleren en helpen oplossen; - Meedenken over verbeteringen in de inrichting en het gebruik van applicaties en hierover afstemmen met collega's en leveranciers.
