Als Medewerker Toetsplanning en Toetsorganisatie speel je een belangrijke rol in de voorbereiding, planning en organisatie van toetsen en examens. Je draagt bij aan een goed georganiseerd onderwijsproces en zorgt ervoor dat studenten zich kunnen richten op wat echt belangrijk is: hun studie. Door jouw expertise in planning, organisatie en advisering maak je dagelijks het verschil voor studenten en docenten. Dankzij jouw inzet kunnen studenten op tijd en onder de juiste voorwaarden hun tentamens maken.

Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

-Het opstellen en beheren van toetsroosters

-Het afstemmen van toetsplanningen met opleidingen, docenten en ondersteunende diensten

-Het bewaken van deadlines, afspraken en processen rondom toetsing

-Het adviseren van opleidingen over toetsorganisatie, regelgeving en logistieke mogelijkheden

-Het organiseren van inzagesessies en andere toetsgerelateerde activiteiten

-Het coördineren van voorzieningen voor studenten met een functiebeperking

-Het onderhouden van contacten met collega's van Bureau Onderwijs, onderwijslogistiek, facilitair bedrijf en de examencommissie

-Het signaleren van knelpunten en actief meedenken over verbeteringen binnen de onderwijs- en toetsorganisatie

-Het instrueren en begeleiden van surveillanten tijdens de toetsperiode.

Het team en de werkomgeving

Het team Bureau Onderwijs, onderdeel van Locatiedienst Maastricht, verricht werkzaamheden voor de Hotel Management School Maastricht. Afhankelijk van de organisatiebehoefte kan het voorkomen dat je ook locatie overstijgende werkzaamheden uitvoert.

Samen met twee collega’s Studievoortgang vorm je het team van Bureau Onderwijs. Het is een klein, betrokken team waarin samenwerking, collegialiteit en een prettige werksfeer centraal staan. Naast het gezamenlijke werk is er ook ruimte voor ontspanning: we organiseren teamuitjes, maken dagelijks een wandeling tijdens de lunchpauze en lunchen ook wel eens buiten de deur. Hierdoor bieden wij een informele en gezellige werkomgeving waarin je je snel thuis zult voelen.

Voor deze rol zoeken wij een pro-actieve professional die overzicht houdt, ook wanneer verschillende belangen samenkomen. Je kunt complexe informatie analyseren, vertaalt de OER naar praktische oplossingen en communiceert gemakkelijk met verschillende gesprekspartners.

Daarnaast beschik je over:

-Mbo werk- en denkniveau.

-Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden.

-Ervaring met plannen, coördineren of administratieve processen.

-Goede communicatieve en adviesvaardigheden.

-Een oplossingsgerichte en zelfstandige werkhouding.

-Oog voor detail zonder het grotere geheel uit het oog te verliezen.

-Affiniteit met onderwijs en studentondersteuning.
