Je controleert waar het product zich bevindt, vult tijdig aan en zorgt ervoor dat alles correct geregistreerd staat in het systeem. Ben jij iemand die graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt én logisch nadenkt? Dan zoeken we jou.Wat ga je doen?Als medewerker binnen onze vaste operatieploeg zorg je mee voor een vlotte werking van de winkel en het magazijn. Je combineert fysiek werk met nauwkeurige controles en volgt processen correct op.Je taken zijn onder andere:

  • Aanvullen van de rekken en opvolgen van de productbeschikbaarheid.
  • Producten uit het magazijn halen wanneer de voorraad in de winkel aanvulling vraagt.
  • Uitvoeren van controles via handscanners, zoals datum- en voorraadcontroles.
  • Correct toepassen van afprijsmechanismen en andere operationele procedures.
  • Mee zorgen voor een ordelijke, efficiënte en goed georganiseerde werkvloer.

Wie zoeken we?Voor deze functie is de combinatie van werktempo, fysieke inzet en inzicht essentieel.Je herkent jezelf in het volgende:

  • Je bent fysiek sterk en schrikt niet terug voor actief werk.
  • Je kan werken met wisselende uren. (de shifts zijn meestal van 6:00 - 14:00 en van 12:00 tot 20:00)
  • Je werkt vlot en houdt een goed tempo aan.
  • Je denkt mee en ziet verbanden. Wanneer iets ontbreekt, zoek je zelf naar een oplossing.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en kan technische controles en digitale processen correct uitvoeren.

We zoeken geen pure magazijnmedewerker en ook geen kandidaat die enkel administratief of technisch sterk is. Net de combinatie van aanpakken én nadenken maakt het verschil in deze functie.
