Onze klant is een gevestigde marktleider in de ontwikkeling en productie voor de bouwsector, ingebed in een financieel gezonde Belgische investeringsgroep. Geen opgeblazen structuur, geen anoniem grootbedrijf. Een bedrijf waar finance een fundament is, geen bijzaak. Waar jouw werk zichtbaar bijdraagt aan projecten die internationaal lopen, en waar collega's elkaar kennen bij naam.

Takenpakket:

  • Je beheert de dagelijkse operationele boekhouding en zorgt dat de administratie op orde is, van begin tot einde.
  • Het verwerken van leveranciersfacturen en algemene kosten is jouw terrein. Openstaande posten laat jij niet slingeren.
  • Jij zet de betalingsbatches klaar en boekt de banken in, zodat het cashmanagement klopt en de organisatie nooit voor verrassingen staat.
  • De verwerking van lonen en sociale bijdragen verloopt via jou: elke maand, elke keer correct.
  • Je volgt het debiteurenbeheer actief op en onderhoudt het contact met klanten om openstaande saldi tijdig aan te pakken.
  • Samen met je directe finance collega ondersteun je de btw-aangiftes en de periodieke afsluitingen.

Profiel:

  • Je hebt een bachelordiploma in accountancy, bij voorkeur aangevuld met 5 jaar relevante werkervaring in een vergelijkbare rol.
  • Ervaring met een ERP-pakket zoals Business Central of Navision geeft je meteen een vliegende start.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en zelfstandig, gaat discreet om met vertrouwelijke informatie en kan vlot schakelen in het Nederlands.
