Als Medior Accountmanager ben je de schakel tussen technici en topbedrijven. Je bouwt relaties op en maakt de juiste match tussen kandidaat en werkgever. Je beheert je eigen omzet, versterkt klantrelaties en ontwikkelt je salesvaardigheden verder. Met consistente opvolging en sterke gesprekken maak je impact op carrières en commercieel resultaat. Wat ga je doen?- Je sluit deals van €50k tot €150k door technici te koppelen aan de beste werkgevers. - Je beheert je eigen omzet en stuurt op commercieel resultaat. - Je onderhoudt relaties met klanten en kandidaten. - Je ontvangt de beste technische profielen van het Recruitmentteam, zodat je je kunt focussen op plaatsingen. - Je helpt technici aan de volgende stap in hun carrière. - Je versterkt bestaande klantrelaties.

Functie-eisen:- Je hebt HBO werk- en denkniveau. - Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en beschikt over goede communicatieve vaardigheden in het Engels. - Je wilt bijdragen aan het werkgeluk van technische specialisten. - Je bent resultaatgericht, verantwoordelijk en gedreven om te presteren. - Je hebt een leergierige en proactieve houding.
