Geen logge organisatie, maar korte lijnen, een betrokken directie en volop ruimte om jezelf te ontwikkelen. Je werkt hier in een omgeving waar inhoud telt, maar menselijkheid net zo belangrijk is. Samen met collega's die niet alleen energie krijgen van het helpen van klanten, maar ook van elkaar. Wat je gaat doen: Als medior consultant pak je zelfstandig assetmanagementtrajecten op van begin tot eind. Je combineert tactisch advies met gewoon doen, en juist daar maak je het verschil. Je werkt aan projecten zoals het inrichten van prestatiecontracten op luchthavens of het slimmer maken van onderhoudsprocessen in de industrie. Je vertaalt strategie naar uitvoering en zorgt dat plannen ook echt landen. Of het nu gaat om het opzetten van programmeringsprocessen bij een waterbedrijf of het verbeteren van storingsregistratie en werkvoorbereiding in onderhoudssoftware, jij brengt structuur en overzicht. Je schakelt makkelijk met verschillende stakeholders en weet belangen bij elkaar te brengen in een duidelijke aanpak. Thema's als risico gestuurd onderhoud, datagedreven werken en het vertalen van beleid naar concrete onderhoudsplannen? Daar draai jij je hand niet voor om. En ondertussen help je ook collega's vooruit. Je begeleidt junior consultants en draagt actief bij aan het delen en borgen van kennis binnen Compris.
