Jobid=592685251638534518 (0.0502) De organisatie: Voor mijn klant, een jonge en snelgroeiende organisatie in Nijkerk die zich bezighoudt met duurzame mobilieit, ben ik op zoek naar een medior business analist die energie krijgt van het verbeteren van complexe IT-platformen en het vertalen van gebruikerswensen naar concrete oplossingen. Deze organisatie stimuleert dagelijks duizenden mensen om te kiezen voor een gezondere en duurzamere manier van reizen. Ze zijn actief in meerdere Europese landen en maken deel uit van een grotere internationale mobiliteitsgroep. Hun platform ondersteunt meerdere gebruikersgroepen, van eindgebruikers tot zakelijke partners, en wordt voortdurend doorontwikkeld om aan te sluiten op de behoeften van deze groeiende markt. De werksfeer is informeel en hecht. Geen pakken, maar polo's of T-shirts. Maar denk ook aan pingpong in de pauze. En elke donderdag een borrel, waarvan elke derde donderdag extra feestelijk. Het team zet sterk in op onderlinge binding en professionele ontwikkeling via trainingen, sparringsessies en inspirerende teamuitjes zoals wintersport. De functie: Als business analist werk je hier aan het hart van de organisatie: een internationaal platform dat verschillende gebruikersgroepen met elkaar verbindt. Tijdens het inwerktraject leer je het platform van binnenuit begrijpen. Je wordt verantwoordelijk voor het analyseren en verbeteren van de gebruikerservaring, het schrijven van user stories en het testen van nieuwe features. Je zorgt ervoor dat de systemen waar interne en externe gebruikers dagelijks op vertrouwen stabiel en gebruiksvriendelijk blijven functioneren.
