Je bent de brug tussen de business en het ontwikkelingsteam, waarbij je complexe behoeften vertaalt naar heldere, functionele specificaties voor diverse projecten. We geven je de autonomie om zelfstandig te werken en échte impact te maken.

Jouw bijdrage

Wij zoeken iemand die een proactieve rol wil spelen:

  • Samenwerken met klanten en belanghebbenden om bedrijfsprocessen en requirements scherp te krijgen en te begrijpen.
  • Analyse van de functionele vereisten en het vertalen ervan naar heldere specificaties, user stories en use cases.
  • Identificeren van mogelijke knelpunten en risico's in de functionele specificaties en proactief oplossingen voorstellen.
  • Nauwe samenwerking met het ontwikkelingsteam om de functionele specificaties te verifiëren en te valideren.
  • Opstellen van testplannen en testscenario's om ervoor te zorgen dat de software oplossingen voldoen aan de functionele specificaties.
  • Coördineren van communicatie en afstemming tussen klanten, ontwikkelaars en andere belanghebbenden gedurende het project.
  • Actief kennis delen tijdens lunch & learns en collegiale feedback geven via peer reviews of document reviews.
  • Blijven leren en op de hoogte blijven van nieuwe ontwikkelingen op het gebied van functionele analyse en IT-oplossingen.

Essentiële Vaardigheden

  • Uitstekend inzicht in bedrijfsprocessen en het vermogen om complexe requirements te analyseren en te vertalen naar functionele specificaties.
  • Ervaring met het opstellen van use cases, user stories en functionele documentatie.
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands en Engels en het vermogen om effectief te communiceren met zowel technische als niet-technische belanghebbenden.
  • Analytisch denkvermogen en een scherp oog voor detail om mogelijke knelpunten en risico's te identificeren.
  • Ervaring met Agile-methodologieën en het werken in multidisciplinaire teams.
  • Op een constructieve manier kunnen samenwerken en onderhandelen.
  • Gedrevenheid om voortdurend te leren en je professionele en analytische vaardigheden verder te ontwikkelen.

Aanbevolen opleiding & ervaring

  • Een academische achtergrond (Master of Bachelor) in Computer Science, Handelswetenschappen, Business Information Systems of een vergelijkbaar technisch of bedrijfsgericht studiegebied, ófwel een gelijkwaardig niveau bereikt door relevante werkervaring(en).
  • Doorgaans minimaal 3 jaar relevante werkervaring als functioneel analist, bij voorkeur binnen een IT consultancy of Agency-omgeving.
  • Kennis van tools en technieken voor functionele analyse, zoals UML en BPMN, is een pluspunt.
