Als Medior Intercedent verbind je technisch talent met topwerkgevers. Je bouwt praktijkervaring op, ontwikkelt je commerciële en communicatieve vaardigheden verder en krijgt steeds meer grip op je eigen salespipeline, omzet en relaties. Je werkt in een betrokken team dat zich richt op kwaliteit en langdurige relaties. Met trainingen, een uitgebreid onboardingsprogramma en intensieve 1:1 coaching door een ervaren Sales Trainer krijg je ondersteuning om verder te groeien in Sales. Wat ga je doen?- Je matcht technici met topbedrijven en creëert carrières op maat. - Je volgt trainingen en krijgt intensieve coaching om door te groeien in Sales. - Je sluit grote deals met een waarde van €50.000 tot €150.000 per match en ziet het resultaat direct terug in je inkomen. - Je beheert je eigen salespipeline, omzet en relaties. - Je werkt nauw samen met het Recruitmentteam om de beste technische profielen te vinden.

Functie-eisen:- Je hebt HBO werk- en denkniveau en aantoonbare ervaring in Sales. - Je hebt 2 tot 5 jaar werkervaring. - Je wilt impact maken op het werkgeluk van technische specialisten. - Je bent commercieel ingesteld en gedreven om resultaten te behalen. - Je bent leergierig, proactief en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je eigen succes. - Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en beschikt over goede communicatieve vaardigheden in het Engels.
