Wil jij onze klanten helpen met maatwerk softwareoplossingen zodat zij gemakkelijker en met meer plezier hun werk kunnen uitvoeren? Dan is dit jouw vacature! Organisatie Vanwege onze familiaire bedrijfscultuur is er veel persoonlijk contact. Naast je werk vinden wij plezier belangrijk. We komen elke maand gezellig samen met de collega's tijdens onze maandmeeting en kantoorwerkdagen. Ook organiseren we hackathons en sportieve uitjes zoals zaalvoetbal, skiën en karten. Eens per jaar hebben we een groot feest voor de hele OVSoftware Groep. In de regio Den Haag krijg je te maken met veel afwisselende projecten bij verschillende klanten. We zijn actief binnen de Nederlandse overheid en het bedrijfsleven en hebben inmiddels waardevolle domeinkennis opgebouwd. De projecten zijn veelal groot en complex. Wil je graag een ander project uitvoeren bij dezelfde klant, prima! Liever voor een andere klant werken? Dan kijken we samen naar bijpassende mogelijkheden. Daarbij bepalen we samen wat de gewenste maximale reistijd is. Je mag dus gerust "nee" zeggen tegen één of meerdere aanvragen. Zo zorgen we er gezamenlijk voor dat je snel weer ingezet wordt op een uitdagende opdracht. Wij bieden je vrijheid en de mogelijkheid om door te groeien als Senior Java Engineer. Enerzijds door een persoonlijk opleidingsbudget en studiedagen, anderzijds door begeleiding. Zo krijg je je eigen mentoraangewezen en zijn er meerdere kenniscoördinatoren waar je terecht kan als Google of StackOverflow je in de steek laat.
